How to Place an Order
Placing your custom order is simple.
Once we receive your purchase order and artwork, our team will prepare an artwork proof for your review and approval before production begins.
Artwork should be supplied as an AI, EPS or vector PDF file, with all fonts converted to outlines.
Once your order is confirmed:
- We prepare and send your artwork proof for approval.
- Your order is entered into our production system.
- A Proforma Invoice is issued where payment is required.

Once your artwork is approved and payment received, your order is scheduled for production.
Turnaround Times
Our standard turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks from artwork approval and payment, subject to production capacity and stock availability at the time of ordering.
